Process for signing up
You will be required to fill up a detailed registration form once you book the package with us. This registration form can be filled at the clinic or online. The registration Form will help us understand your dietary, physical and medical information which would help us prepare an exclusive Diet Program suiting your requirements. Soon after the submission of the form our Dietician / Nutritionist will get in touch with you. She will ask you some basic questions about your lifestyle and discuss your medical history on the basis of the registration form filled up by you. This process can also be done telephonically.
After analyzing your lifestyle, we will chalk out the diet plan (that suits you the best) and provide you with a 3-4 days plan. You will be required to give us your feedback on the plan and report the weight loss on your next visit or one day before by email, whatsapp, sms when your are getting diets online or telephonically.
Treatment duration and expected results
This is a 30-day diet program. This program is prepared very meticulously as per our client’s requirements so every plan is exclusive and unique. Initially a 3 to 4-day diet plan is provided and you can expect to lose 1/2 to 1 Kilo per week depending upon your metabolism. Every week, your diet plan will be reviewed after consultation with you and considering your feedback. Overall, you can expect to lose 3-5 kg and a few inches off your waist in 30 days time.
